SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Chartline Group LLC ("Chartline," "we," "our," or "us"), including messages sent under the Chartline Consulting brand.

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Chartline Group LLC. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices

• Responses to inquiries you submit through our websites or forms

• Engagement and project updates relating to services you have purchased

• Information about consulting services, workshops and events

• Account, billing and scheduling notifications

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by:

• Submitting a web form on one of our websites where you affirmatively check a box consenting to receive text messages

• Providing your mobile number and consent during a consultation, event registration or intake process

• Texting a keyword to one of our published numbers

• Replying START to a message from us

Consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you have engaged.

You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary for the purposes described in Section 1.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Chartline Group LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

You may also reply with QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE.

After you send an opt-out message, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

You will receive no further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

Our messaging program is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and Virgin Mobile, as well as certain smaller and regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery is not guaranteed.

Messages may be delayed or fail to deliver due to factors outside our control, including carrier network conditions, device settings and coverage.

8. Privacy and Mobile Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changing Your Mobile Number

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly so that we do not send messages to a number that has been reassigned to another person.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes are published on this page with a revised Effective Date and take effect upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
